    5 best counterpunchers in boxing.

Who would you say the 5 best are? I would choose

    JMM
    M.A.B.
    Mayweather
    Judah
    Casamayor

Who do you think the best pure "counterpunchers" are?

I agree with Barrera for sure, and mayweather. Haven`t seen anything great counter wise from Judah. Tsyzu is despective with his counter punching, he is skilled.
Actually, looking at Vargas this past weekend and the Quartey fight from old, Fernando isn't at all bad!

            1. James "Lights Out" Toney
            2. Bernard "The Executioner" Hopkins
            3. Chris Byrd (even though they aren't hard counters.)
            4. Fernando Vargas was pretty good to me also at counter-punching, I always liked how he paused and seemed to be thinking in the fight..
            5. Floyd Mayweather Jr.

good list, forgot about toney and byrd, both experts in counterpunching, could you imagine if byrd had heavyweight power? he hit mccline so many times flush on the chin in that fight he would have put him in a coma
