What would you think of a boxing REALITY SHOW?

Don't get me wrong, I hate reality shows, but what would you think of a boxing reality show?

The Good: The Ultimate Fighter is basically 99% of the reason why the UFC has succeeded and could also reinvigorate boxing... I know that the UFC is set up differently but it can still be done. A bunch of fighters in a similar tournament style layout.


The Bad: I think the biggest pitfall with a boxing reality show is that whoever wins the show would get absolutely destroyed after the won the show and fought real competition and it would likely amount to nothing more than a toughman competition... unless they could somehow lure some hot prospects to compete. Boxing is not a sport like MMA where people can literally walk in off the street and be competitive.

It would be great for boxing as long as it was done right..

I also think it would need to go on network tv to have the effect everyone wants. If it were just on HBO or Showtime, you would just be getting the same viewers who already watch boxing.. Network tv might bring the interest of younger fans, and fans that have enver paid attention to boxing.

The Contender was okay, the best year was with Bika. They need to do a Contender like show with heavyweights. I think it would be interesting.

why doesn't the super six have a reality show? I know its going to do good without it but it wouldn't hurt. SHO should get some bootleg **** going Kessler Vs Ward 9to5.

Its called fight camp 360.. Super six reality show on showtime.. Its not that good but i enjoyed it.

I only got HBO, I never heard of camp 360. I might check it out on youtube.
