He might not have to face those guys if he dont want to, but The REASON I THINK HE IS AN ASS is claiming to be the GREATEST OF ALL TIME when he harldy had a risky fight out of his comfort Zone, he only founght one guy with physical advantages over him thats a past peak DELA HOYA who had a wait for it... a one inch height advantage and a one inch reach advantage wow and mayweather nut huggers Baldamir and Judah are smaller than Floyd,and Corrales was taller by two inches but Floyd had a two inch reach advantage, so that is pretty much even to me. All the Top five of all time Ppl like Ray Robinson, Ray Leonard, Muhamed Ali, beat guys with considerable size and reach advantages not like one inch but more over them and not just one guy but many, even Pernell Whitaker a smaller guy with a smaller reach than Floyd who is not in most of the top five of all time beat bigger guys with reach and height advantages like Rivera, Brazier, McGirt, Roger Mayweather at Welterweight probably some more if i checked more extensively, So All you Mayweather nuthhugers fans saying that floyd is really a lightweight just doesnt stand up when floyd was bigger than any welter weight he fought, and he has size advantages over cotto and mosley.

Remember Pac got blasted when he beat Diaz because Diaz wasn't considered one of the best at lightweight. He didn't hang around long enough at the weight for that to continue but it would have done if he stayed there and didn't fight better opposition. It's a natural reaction and it's not limited to just Mayweather. Anyone who is widely considered to be one of the best is expected to fight the best opposition at their current weight, again above all I think it's just logical. I can appreciate your point of view I think. What you're saying is that Mayweather has had tougher fights at other weights so why not allow him to fight slightly "easier" fights now and just make some money before he retires. It's a fair point but I'd still like to see Mayweather vs Mosley, it'd be a great fight and could go either way.. Really for the sake of boxing history it's a fight that should be made.. Wouldn't you want to see it?

Mayweather was high risk/low reward for Mosley back in 1999 while he was chasing bigger money fights at higher weights. Pac moved up no doubt because the biggest paydays are at the higher weights no other reason, its just that in order to get huge paydays he has to fight toughter opponents, but we know that wasnt a good version of Oscar and him not allowing Cotto to come in at 147 says something to me.

Paul Williams cousin, Julianfoster88 on YouTube, consistently drops some very thought-provoking material, well worth the subscription. Interesting video this time around, I agree with some of the points. Floyd has fought some good competition in the past but he has not fought any welterweight who's in the current Top 10 so aiming for one of them should be next on the agenda in my opinion, ideally Shane Mosley.

If you cant hypothetically look from someone else perspective when presenting your argument then your short sighted. Everyone is now saying Floyd should fight Mosley and finally prove who is the better fighter at WW. But guess what everybody is going to start saying as soon as Floyd beats Shane ''Oh Shane is too old now, he is past his prime blah blah blah''. Ok sure, not everybody would believe that Floyd beating Shane is a certainty but I believe Shane is no match for Floyd in his prime.

Weight issues aside but Floyd made the Marquez fight look like a walk in the park and this is after a couple of years out against a guy who is regarded as one of the best in the business. Without question the fight was deliberately set up for a Floyd victory but he did what he was supposed to do and even better. But the criticism Floyd has recieved has been a bit over the top but each to their own. The way Floyd got criticised was like he fought a complete over weight amatuer who couldn't box to save his life.

So why should Floyd waste his time in fighting Shane when he can just fight the winner of Pacquiao/Cotto. I can already imagine the critics coming out of every angle saying how Floyd should have fought Mosley years back and how Shane is way past his prime and the next thing they are going to say is Floyd needs to fight a Miguel Cotto. If Cotto beats Manny then I believe Floyd will have no choice but to fight him and if Pacquiao wins, which i believe will happen, then Floyd can by-pass Mosley and Cotto to set up if not the biggest, but atleast one of the biggest fights in boxing history.

PS Floyd would mop the floor with Shane and you are just ****** to believe Shane at this stage his career can even stay with Floyd.
