He's doing exactly what George Foreman did when he came back, he's saying he could beat "the man". George Foreman said he could beat Tyson, why can't Rid**** Bowe say he can beat the Klitschkos?

he can say that, he just cant do it.... foreman actually was a great fighter before coming back, KO'ing frazier twice and norton... bowe was a ***** fighting bums like dokes, fergeuson, hide, mathis after he won the title...

bowe's comeback will more like buster douglas's than foreman's... and i havent even mentioned how screwed up he is in the head....

But he wouldn't have beaten Tyson. Tyson would have knocked the old guy out.

Bowe is much better than Buster Douglas on the comback trail. I think he`ll break into the top 20 or even 15. Then lose to a good top ten opponent, like a Rahman or a McCline!

it would have been interesting to see... foreman could take a punch and he could give one, but so could tyson... i dont think it would have been a huge mismatch though... foreman did KO moorer and gave holy a good scrap...

I'll remind you that Bowe did beat 4 time heavyweight Champion Evander Holyfield twice. As far as Bowe making a successful comeback, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he has a chance until someone proves him otherwise.

Yes but when he beat Holyfield they were both different fighters, relatively young and close to their primes. This is a different situation now!

yeah, thats one fight.... he never again looked that good and never fought another quality fighter other than holy and he never fought someone with power.... he avoided fighting lewis, moorer, mercer, tyson, ruddock, and foreman, yet all of them some how managed to fight each other...

Foreman, even as an old man, had a great shot at beating Tyson. His advantages over Tyson were numerous: height, reach, chin, strength, power, and balls. He had every quality neccesary to beat Tyson.

Your right Kid Achille, but we will never know. IMO this is the greatest fight that never happened. But we still have Holy-Foreman, that was one heluva fight!
