Calzaghe would have unified the division years before if the disgraceful Sven Ottke didnt blatantly duck his ass.
Byron Mitchell was robbed against Ottke and should have won the two titles Ottke had,In his next fight Mitchell was stopped in 2 rds by Calzaghe which should have been a unification fight.
Robin Reid was then terribly robbed against Ottke in one of the worst screwjobs of the modern era,that would have set up Calzaghe/Reid II in a unification fight.
If Calzaghe had unified the div much earlier he would have moved up to 175 and surely would have got the big fights.
Its just a shame Ottke ducked him and Mitchell & Reid were robbed.
