Who was your first favorite fighter?

Mine was Larry Holmes. Me and my cousin used to walk home from school talking about the Cooney fight and who was going to be who when we got home.

I'm younger than most here so mine was Felix Trinidad. He became my favorite fighter in 1993. Thats the first time I saw him when I was 9yrs old against Maurice Blocker.

Bernard Hopkins, I'm more in love with Hopkin's earlier style but still great to watch. I'm not too happy with his decision to face Roy but I'm still gonna roll with him.

I kind of had a love affair with Jones Jr., Tarver and Mayweather Jr. all when I started watching boxing in 07. I liked Jones Jr.'s rap (please don't judge me... I've changed a lot since then), and was interested to see the trilogy with Tarver, who was the first guy to really stretch Jones, which was interesting.

I also thought Mayweather's entrance was hilarious against Baldomir (I had been drinking that night), so I decided to give him a look.

That said, I really am not that big of a fan of any of those guys any more. I like Mayweather and Tarver some, but... not a huge fan of either.
