THIS fight isn't at 147. What do they mean "stay" at 147?
A test of water might be. If he could win convincingly at 145lbs, they would commission him into full 147lbs fighter!

Of course the Roach has a very bad habit-which seems to get worse every day- of saying a lot more "than his prayers".

If Cotto beats him badly, I"'d expect Manny to consider retiring, but if he wins, he'll have at least 3-4 more fights.

Maybe, perhaps, possibly................... Who the hell knows anyway??,
I don't think he will retire, there is a lot of big money out there for him. He took a challenge against a guy that on paper right now is bigger and in his prime. Atleast he takes the challenge and that says alot comparing with other fighters that call themselves the best in the world

If Pac can beat Cotto anything close to resoundingly then this is a smart idea.

I think Pac body built is designed from 140 to 147 if ever he would beat cotto convincingly. Anyone wandered to that weight division would be devoured by Pac including Floyd jr, but having a tough fight with SSM, IMO!

                  Talk About a Jinx!!

Manny may stay at 147 "after Cotto win". What the f'k? He already beat Cotto or what?? Might as well cancel my trip to Vegas since it's already official..

besides Floyd what other top WW's could he beat? imo Cotto is a good match because he's slow, the likes of Mosley etc would be too quick
