I have talked about as much about the fight as any pretty big fight, there is some buzz real mainstream buzz I don't see that but amonst people that even care a little about boxing yea there is buzz about the fight.

I think the fight could have been marketed much better though.

Went to Monmouth. Mad expensive so I transferred to Ramapo. It's a better school, one of the better ******* arts schools on the east coast apparently. Plus I can commute from home so it's just wayy cheaper all around.

I'm a Comm major with a concentration in writing, minor in PR.

Yes. I agree that it is a big deal within boxing circles. That is why I asked about "outside" of that sphere of influence.

Will you be looking for a Corp Comm, PR or sales role when you graduate?

I would have asked about Advertising, but I assume you know that industry is drying.

Is there "buzz" for Mountain Fresh Tide?
I mean, what are you lookin for bro...for someone to say, "No way...this fight is getting no attention"? People have given you examples of what they've personally seen as far as any type of promotion or buzz for this fight and you're shooting it down. Celebrities are talking about the fight, casual fans are talking, there's HBO's 24/7, there's posters, commercials, internet banners, countless videos of both camps training, press tours, etc.

Again, are you looking for this event to do bad or something?

It's an option. I kind of wish I made my concentration PR. Once I started thinking more practically it was too late, so I just made it a minor. So yea, that'd be ideal, but with a writing concentration it could be tough.

With your education, and your passion for boxing, you could marry the two and work for a firm like Swanson or TPM. That would be ideal.

                  I've done work with them.

Well I don't consider people that care about it only a shade to really be in boxing circles. I get what you are saying though but I think the event will do pretty good, not out of this world like some people but it should do pretty well,

I would blame Arum's lackluster marketing effort if this event only manages to skirt the low end of expectations, although it is a difficult task to market two guys who do not speak english to the public and if not done correctly it can very easily backfire.

The fight is going to do what it does.

But I assumed that people understood the difference between 'buzz" and "advertising".

My bad for overestimating some folks.
