Cotto has weighted at 135, but he was drainin himself since his first fight.

Remember daze, no 140 pounder or lower should ever out grow his division or simply move up in weight and fight and win at WW, that cant happend!!

He did good though. And Cotto actually fights people.

He's not this 170 pounder slinking into a division he has no business being in.

I am not the biggest Cotto fan, but the ****er fights people. So he's got my vote.

likely he smiles because he doesn't understand exactly what the Roach is saying. If I want to listen to a "philosopher" I'll read a book on Spinoza. If Manny P is concerned about bringing some industry to his area, why doesn't he invest in a couple of factories which would move to his area.

I mean to say, he's a top notch boxer, and I always like watching his fights, but he's a guy who barely knows to scratch his head when it itches.

Everything smells of roses as far as he's concerned. But he's wrong about the Roach. It has been Bob Arum who has taken him, and made him into a multi-millionaire. What the Roach has done is to make sure he gets his 10%.

Weeell, maybe you're right, but he's always said that Emmanuel Burton Augustus was his toughest fight, but he would never give him the oppertunity of a rematch so that the poor guy could make some real money, which he well deserves.

I first realised just how good Augustus was by watching this fight, and he gave Mayweather "tit-for-tat" all the way.

If Augustus had had proper handling and managers he'd have been a world champ.

Without Roach, do you think Manny could be the same boxer as he is today? Do you think Bob Arum will promote a one-dimensional fighter, if not for Roach?

At least Manny is grateful to Roach for what he has done to his career.. unfortunately you could not see that.
