Thats why you are one of BS's gentlemen. If you want, we can bet on it. 25k on Mikkel. Ward is skilled but totally untested. Kessler is good, not great so I agree that he's a bit overrated by some on here, but I still think its enough to beat the green Ward.

Perdomo wasn't that bad. And in fairness, Kessler was coming off a very long layoff.

I personally think Kessler is the goods. Although that means nothing until he really proves it, which he hasn't yet. I'm really looking forward to November 21st.

Ward's lateral movement and speed will give Kessler a lot of problems, but Mikkel's jab and consistency might eventually unlock the puzzle. Ward looked pretty tired against Miranda and all Edison did was put pressure on him without landing.

Ward could win though. He went to the body a lot in his tuneup fight. That's probably what he wants to do since Calzaghe hurt Kessler with one. He should do that in the first half and give Mikkel a lot of lateral movement the second half. Might get an upset.

This was a thorough schooling from Ward. He looked amazing. I was going to give Kessler his props for not quitting but he sounded like a sore ***** in the post-fight interview. And fuck whoever calls Ward a holder or a headbutter. There was minimal clinching and only two or three accidental headbutts. This was a legitimate whooping through and through.

Ward's lack of power is a far more serious problem than many people realize. Ward took 6 rounds to get rid of Kolle, but welterweight Paul Williams blasted Kolle out very quickly. Pavlik and Abraham seriously damaged Miranda, but Ward landed flush on Miranda all night and he still finished on his feet. Ward simply does not have the power to keep Kessler off of him. Ward has the speed and footwork to confuse Miranda, but Mikkel Kessler is a cat of a different color. Plus, Ward's habit of holding a low guard is bad news against a guy who throws a 1-2 like Kessler. Kessler by brutal KO a la Abraham vs Taylor
