Pacquiao will still fight Cotto even is over 147 lbs.

Roach repeated what he said a few days ago that if Cotto, who will be fined $1 million for every excess pound, goes in over 147 then he would call the fight off.

“He should be able to make it. But I really don’t care what he weighs. The contract is the contract. We’ll deal with it as it comes. If he’s too heavy there’ll be no fight,” he said, however, adding that Manny might go the opposite way.

“Manny doesn’t give a ****. Manny will fight him at any weight. Manny will fight King Kong,” said Roach, then asked how much he’s putting into the fight.

“I put a thousand in the first round then I put a thousand on rounds nine and 10,” said Roach.

This is a mistake by him. I'm rooting for Cotto but he should not jeopardize Manny either. I think this fight should have been at 147 and not a catchweight. Still, Cotto will not exceed 147 as he will lose the belt so there's a bit of nonsense there from Roach.

This fight will happen no matter what. Is too big of a fight for it to be cancelled over weight issues. And, Cotto will make 145 and still be stong. But, if Pac would fight Cotto at anyweight. Then this fight should of been at 147 not 145.

Phuking Roach, you dirty bastard. If Pacquiao did not care, why did you guys force the catch weight?

Roach can eat a **** for this one.

                He isn't the one fighting.

Pac has been on the record since post-Hatton.
                    ANYONE up to 147.

Roach has also been consistent in trying to defeat
Manny's opponents at the scale. It's almost reflex, lol...
I mean, like, asking Cotto to go down to 145? Two lbs?
The fuck does that really accomplish? It doesn't
even mess with Cotto's head that much, let alone his body,
                    so why even bother.... lol.
