lol dude, you're making things up. they dont even have enough budget to use advanced vid editing that the media here in the states use. why bother speed up a news clip that runs for 3-4 mins.

It would take the most basic of technology to speed up a clip and it could be done by whoever captured the video off the television. Not necessarily the news organization who produced it. However, as previously stated in the thread. I was probably su****ious only because of the video quality.
