I'm a part-time Pac hugger and all but.. I think that video might be ever so slightly sped up. Even when he's hopping around it looks like he's coming back down faster than real time. I think he can still move his hands that fast but this video may be off.

Watched it again, this video is definitely sped up for whatever reason. He's not even hopping around at a normal speed.

If so its not markable... Look at the people in the background they all walk and fidget around at approximately normal speed... while pac whirls around.

I think sometimes the background people look fidgety. I thought that Pac's footwork around 1:09 and at a couple other moments looked suspect but I could definitely be wrong. The resolution is low and the video moves like a choppy stream with the sunlight bouncing creates for very unique looking footage. I suppose it is in real time but I wonder if the quality is contributing to his speed.

lol dude, you're making things up. they dont even have enough budget to use advanced vid editing that the media here in the states use. why bother speed up a news clip that runs for 3-4 mins.
