R u retarted or do u just repeat what other idiots say ? The plan was for cotto & Floyd to clean out the JWW div. & than face each other, but Floyd bailed at the end & had his tool elerbie say all kind of excuses for not fighting cotto(he's a punching bag, he's not a draw, he has no fan base, he's not on my lvl...) & a lot more crap. & after the DLH fight when asked about cotto he played the I'm gonna retire stunt, only to fight a ****ty hatton. Asked again about cotto & pulled the Ima retire trick again, to come back & fight JMM(a fucckking LW) Floyd & his nuthuggers have no shame

Why is Floyd's name being dragged into this fight. Yes I understand that he might fight the winner or Mosley depending on more money. Let us not forget that this is not a Mayweather show. Let give Cotto and Pac the attention and forget about Mayweather for just 11 days. Then when Cotto KO Pac then we can talk about Floyd vs Cotto or Floyd vs Mosley.

Wow, 2 PRs and a known PR lover (and probable punch drunk idiot) are picking Cotto to win. Never would've expected it.

Cotto is being dangerously underrated by lots of people on this site and in real life. I was at another gym sparring the other day and we were talking about Pac-Cotto, and someone was saying "Oh who's Pacquiao fighting next? That Puerto Rican Cotto? Haha Good luck to that guy" just talk like that, really not giving Cotto credit as a fighter and as a threat to Manny.

I'm expecting a relatively close fight, and I can maybe see how Manny wins, but remember, guys that really give massive problems to Cotto are physically strong guys who can walk him down and have size on him (eg: Margarito). Guys like Judah (his opponent most similar to Pacquiao) only gave him trouble in spots with shots he didn't see coming, but soon they were getting worn down and bashed. And I'd say Judah and Pac are about even in the power stakes, so I'm sure Cotto can take Manny's best shots, if he gets stopped it's because he eats a whole lot of them over the fight. Pacquiao really isn't a bad style matchup for Cotto overall, he has the speed and stance to trouble Cotto in patches, especially early on, but Cotto really has the strength, size, technical ability, boxing brain, power, and pressure to really beat the **** out of Manny.

Should be a terrific fight, cannot wait.

good clean post man. Don't mind people like that from that gym. If at this level in the game someone wouldn't know who is either of the two, I wouldn't bother

Nice post bro. I like both as well but both favor a and objectively believe in a Cotto win. But these are the types of fights that need to be made on a regular basis. Cotto/Mosley rematch comes next.

Co-sign. I expect Pac to stun and hurt Cotto in at moments (even the cleanest/nastiest of punches might not floor him because of his great stance and low center of gravity) but expect that I will not be enough. Pac is great and will have his moments.

i think that it's going to be a great fight but i honestly believe that cotto will wear pac down if he aims for his chest and just breaks his body down he will finish pac by the 8th 9th round believe me. I like pac but he's in way over his head on this one inorder to give cotto problems you have to be physically imposing it took margacheato 11 rounds with plastered hands to beat him i think that he's going to walk thru whatever pac throws. and his jabb willalso dictate the fight
