when has mayweather ever ducked cotto? if u go back to the gatti mayweather fight bob arum said that cotto wasnt ready. i know that was in 04, but since then, mayweathers left top rank and hasnt fought any of bob arums fighters. if cotto wants mayweather hes gonna have to leave top rank to get him.
