Manny Pacquiao BEST SOUTHPAW of all time?

I'm sorry but whitaker is also a southpaw fighter and many consider him the greatest south paw of all time. And he is by far more skilled than manny.

What does skills have to do with achievements? Floyd is more skilled than Pac but he ain't higher in the ATG list.

Like Pac admitted, he is way less skilled than all of the great fighters. He just likes to train hard.
