well considering pacquiao has the superior physical skills such as handspeed , power , etc. and marquez still is able to fight him to a draw......it's obvious marquez is the better technical fighter or at the very least better technically when they are fighting each other.

Pacqiuao is better all around than marquez, marquez only effective when counter punching he doesn't have the hand and footwork speed that pac has thats why he's not effective fighting at the higher wieght class compared to pacquiao.

Definitely Marquez. His entire career is built around his technical ability making up for lack of dominant physical attributes. That's why he can't climb divisions like Pacquiao has.

Pac isn't as bad a technical fighter as he is portrayed to be, but he isn't as good as Marquez.
