it's hard to say pac is still getting better tech wise... jmm is better than him for now, but jmm lacks the physical conditioning of pac...

The biggest reason JMM has been so high on P4P lists is because of his techinal ability and boxing skills.

Just to reinforce my point: imagine if JMM and Pacquiao switch athletic ability and power.
