        he's not slow in the fights i've seen him in.

                shane is faster obviously but he fights like shane.

                            They can show anything how they want to....they could of made it look like pac was beating the **** outa him

                            But they made it look like pac was troubled....if the showed the full 3 minutes i bet it wouldnt of looked like that at all

                                    I wouldn't look much into it. its sparring...you have good days and you have bad days..but the biggest thing is for your coach to see the mistakes and then do the correct things so they dont happen again
