4 belts to a division regardless, at 130 and 135 there were no other threats to him which is why he moved up. 140 was a mess where nobody fought anybody and thats, oddly enough, had alot to do with the champions (cotto/hatton) unwillingness to fight mayweather.

regardless of what happened at far as baldomir, he was the undisputed champ, mayweather was accused of ducking him and he fought him.

regardless of what youd like to say, hes a 5 time title holder and 3 time undisputed.
They should check year old and older threads here on Boxingscene, they'll be surprised. But since you been here since 2004, you've got to know it all.

Easy to say that over the phone my man, do you think he would talk exactly like taht to Floyd's face, Floyd has some big body guards so if you meet up with Floyd face to face it is not like you are just seeing him.

I highly doubt he would talk like that~

and when was RA the Rugged Man relevant again? yeah thats what i thought
This has nothing to do with RA being relevant. The point is that he stepped up and told ***** Boy Floyd what no one else had the balls to tell him.RA makes a very good living and has a nice following in the underground rap community.Who gives a nobody like you the right to criticize RA?Obviously the guys on Shade 45 respect RA for having him on their show.

Calling a professional fighter a *****? Summoning up the balls to ambush someone in an intereviews pales in comparision to the balls it takes to step in the ring with anyone that is trying to beat your ass~

Think about what you just said~

Sugar Ray Leonard's win over Benitez put him over the top capturing the WW belt. But what MADE Sugar Ray was the fights he had after with Duran, Hearns, and Hagler..DEFINING FIGHTS. Floyd hasn't had that type of fight at this point of his career which is when it counts the most. Nobody in Boxing can deny that and a lot of the skeptics make mention of it with a slight tongue in cheek about Floyd taking on "certain" fights and not the real challenges. There's no reason why a Shane Mosley vs Floyd Mayweather fight shouldn't happen right now.

Ironically, I've probably been a fan of Floyd's longer than most on here were even watching Boxing to begin with, but I also don't feed into his bull**** which a lot of his fans I've noticed do by repeating every little thing he says which more times than none has no real relevance (as this audio also proved).
did you listen to the audio. That was hardly tongue in cheek. "Tongue in cheek" implies subtlety, which RA didn't have.. Nor did he have all that much knowledge, or that admirable of an agenda other than sonning Floyd for his own ends. Just the fact that he's calling mother****ers up that post here on the phone and bragged, "I aired out Floyd", speaks for itself. That was his agenda. He's not a boxing fan, hes a washed out rapper trying to up his name. A true boxing fan would never speak to a great fighter like that, like they are better or something. Nah homie..RA was in rap battle mentality. He would give props to Floyd then turn around the next second and take them away. Floyd has fought tough comp in his career..anyone that says different is a colossal dumbass with a 1 or 2 fight memory. Just the statement that he could fight 50 girls and it would be the same as Floyd's record is beyond ******ed.

And yet somehow this rapper gets love like he accomplished something? What did he accomplish? Any shining moments or points he might have had were tarnished by all his contradictions and lack of boxing knowledge, his higher volume mic and crony yes men, and his obvious punchline mentality.

I agree Floyd should fight good fights. I thought I made that implicitly clear before. You clearly expect him to be G.O.A.T or top 5 ATG.. I don't. It will be nice if it happens, but I'm not going to hold it against Floyd if he doesn't reach that pinnacle you want him too. He still fights good fights. And he WILL fight more good fights if y'all will shut the **** up and wait a minute. damn.
