Dawson hasn't reached the point where he can start demanding big money fights, not even close. He needs to put in more work, try to build a fan base, etc. A fight with Cloud would be a great fight for fans, and if he wins, a good name on his resume that isn't over the age of 39.

Also, rumor has it that Kessler's managment turned down Dawson because of the size difference. Gary Shaw tried his best to make that fight.

I seem to remember we've discussed Dawson-Kessler before, but Dawson wasn't willing to fight at 168 for Kesslers belt, but then months later said he'd fight Williams at 168, and now says he'd happily enter the 168 tournament. They're personal quotes which unless I'm mistaken, hold more weight in my mind.
I'll happily be corrected but that's more the stuff I heard.

I can't see Taylor making the distance against Froch, Kessler, Abraham (if they were to fight again) and possibly even Dirrell. Jermain losses focus at the end of fights, and he showed that there is nothing he can do in training to stop it. These are all big punchers that are consistent.

If Showtime wants to keep the Super 6 competitive then they shouldn't let Dawson in.
His lateral movement, speed, crisp shots, and foot work would be too much for even the technically-sound Kessler and arguably the best boxer-style in the Super 6, Andre Ward. Abraham, Froch, and Dirrell don't stand a chance imo. Kessler and Ward are the only one's i see giving Dawson any kind of comp and I still think they'd lose handily.
I personally would rather see Dawson vs Pascal.
