pacquiao is nowhere near cotto or mayweather status. he's not on their level or will ever be. this will become clearer over time to those who're blinded by fanaticism. it is already clear to those who became fans of boxing because of the nature of the sport, not to those who had a crush on a specific boxer and they started watching boxing because of it. which is the case with 90% of pacquiao fans in this forum.

Pac is fighting at welterweight. That makes him a welterweight, regardless of where he started his career. Floyd started his career at 130, but he is not a junior lightweight.
