For me, I find it hard to believe he was going to use them against Mosley and not Cotto. Do I think Marg used them in the Cotto fight? Yea, but does it make a difference considering Cotto's in the biggest fight of his life regardless? No...

im pretty shure that he was there since trainers are there 99% of the time and correct me if im wrong but the inspector or supervisor or whatever confirmed that evangelista cotto was there, even if he wasnt how do you explain that the ref was there and it passed the NSAC inspection? do you have any proof of Margarito using plaster against Cotto?

The ref? As far as I know the ref only goes thru the rules in the dressing room and then leaves, he ain't got time nor the authority to check a boxer's gloves.
