Calzaghe did have problems, on occassions, trying to meet the 168 limit.

This is true and documented. He said numerous times way before hopkins he was going to go up to Light Heavyweight because making weight was becoming a problem for him.

It's not a knock on him either, that usually happens to guys as they get older. Plus, Joe had incentive at staying at 168 because he had the chance to break (or tie) the title defense record.

he used his massive size advantage to pick on blown up middles like woodhall, eubank and hopkins. the only reason he didn't get sparked out cold is cause he outweighed his opponents by 30 pounds.

tying the great sven ottke. definitely something you want to aspire to achieve. he couldn't even break his record just tie it how pathetic. weird how 2 guys in the same division at the same exact time could both get 21 title defenses and never fight. it's like they had a secret agreement to ruin boxing together.

Youre obviously a Calzaghe-hater. So please piss off! Not liking Joe as a person and saying he was nothing as a fighter is not the same. The first I can tolerate, but the second I just can't!
