Unless Margarito or his team admit to using illegal wraps against cotto we will never know the truth. After Margarito fought cotto he did his interview with wraps still on and had them on for a while. If he truely was hiding something he should have taken the wraps of right away, but it will b hard to prove unless we get a confession from Margarito.
