Antonio Diaz Wants To Expose Victor Ortiz, Again

Junior welterweight Antonio Diaz (46-5-1, 29 KOs) has stepped forward to fight Victor Ortiz (24-2-1, 19 KOs) on December 12 in Chicago. The fight is the co-feature to the Juan Diaz-Paulie Malignaggi rematch on HBO. Diaz was going to fight Zab Judah on the Mayweather-Marquez pay-per-view undercard in Septemebr. Judah withdrew over money and Diaz was left out in the cold. Now he gets a chance at another big fight and says a win over Ortiz means more than a win over Judah. [details]

I hope Victor doesn't crack again. I thought highly of him before the Maidana fight after that, not so much, specialy after my girl said, he's supposed to be the next big thing? He just quit, boy was my face red! I hope Victor bounces back though I feel he still gots lots of time to make a great comeback and still be a big star!

Tough fight for Ortiz. Diaz looks for the kill.

I hope Ortiz is right mentally for this fight.

Antonio Diaz is a welterweight so I don't know if he can make 140 comfortably. I remember he sort of fell off the wagon after the brutal loss to Margarito back in 2003.

Should be interesting to see how Ortiz bounces back.
