Marquez/Diaz was a very close fight, and Katsidis hits harder and throws just as much punches. Katsidis defense has improved alot too where he doesn't just let his opponent hit him like the casamayor fight and diaz fight. Also Diaz managed to hurt Marquez and had him backing up in the corner with shakey legs. And we all know Diaz is not a hard puncher, I mean I guess he can be a kind of hard puncher when he decides to be but he shook those legs of Marquez.

Marquez is going to be punching Katsidis's defense this time, Juan didn't even have much of a defense in that fight against Marquez.

Did any of you watch the undercard or the chavez fight Katsidis had? He is keeping his hands tight and locking up with a guard that kind of reminds me of Abraham.

And Abraham is open to body shots, Marquez throws the body shots and sets up the uppercuts, trust me, it will be the same as the Diaz fight except maybe a bit more competitive. Besides Marquez had enough speed at LW that he shots body shots then head hunts in the same 4-5 hit combination, that spells death for Katsidis.

That makes two of them then since Marquez was buckled by Diaz, yet I don't remember Diaz buckling Katsidis and Kats got his by more punches!

The thing you have to consider is that Marquez has to know Kat hits harder than Diaz, he won't make the same mistake he did there (I think he though Diaz can't hurt him so he was willing to eat more leather to land some punches) I really doubt he will do that with Kat, now if he brawls with Kat, I give him a better chance, but still see him getting KO'd.

Yes i did.But escobedo is no marquez.marquez has more power.And katsidis did improve his defense,But still got hit some.If katsidis can take marquez punch then i can see katsidis win.

I just don't see it, besides Marquez will probably move down to LWW and let KAt be the Champ, I want to see this fight, but Marquez wants to make history and money.
