Khan is my favourite fighter, but he is acting like a *****. The UK doesn't hate Khan, and it's disrespectful of him to say we do. The only people who hate Khan, are the racist internet thugs who populate message boards, and idiotic football fans who sometimes attend his fights. I have only ever heard Khan get booed at one of his fights and that was against a superstar in Barrera. And most of the booing in that fight was down to Barrera fans, so it's unfair to blame average Britons for this. Finally, The media is largely supportive of Khan, and builds him and his ego up tremendously. In my eyes, Amir Khan is making a big deal about nothing. He just wants to stroke his ego with claims that increase his already over-inflated view of self importance.
I can only hope Khan doesn't sell a ticket in Newcastle. Then he will know what is is like to have no fan support whatsoever. He might then start to respect his paying fans a little more, who incidentally made him a multi millionaire, and gave him huge ITV viewing figures allowing him to become a ppv attraction.Comment

It's sad that people have to come up with reasons to do with his race, rather than the fact he's on PPV fighting nobodies. Claiming to be the next big thing, then Prescott finishes him in 56 seconds.
The British mentality is when you act like the next big thing and you get sparked out in 56 seconds, you never live it down. Do you think people really pay money to boo Amir Khan?
I didn't hear any boos when he fought Kotelnik or Barrera.
This is what pisses me off about certain coloured people, they play the race card at every opportunity for a bit of sympathy.
Is Khan hated by the UK? If Khan was hated, he'd have his house vandalized every week, his family would live in fear. Do they? Of course not.
The main reason Khan is moving to America is the fact he trains there.

Oh yes. I don't care what people say about it - his race is definitely a factor with regards to the hate (although probably not so much on here, but offline in general; the haters on here just spout that "hypejob" crap endlessly like moronic drones).

You're very very ignorant and your post here shows it, Not everyone that complain about Khan going through racial abuse his "Coloured" or playing the race card... We have white people like me who can understand what Khan is going through and voice their opinion.
