Yep, my first pair of Asics were about 7 years ago. It lasted me for several years and currently I have 2 pairs. Back then, I didn't really know much about 'em and thought their style was ugly, but, they've fixed that problem. And they're the best running shoes.

Asics are like the Hermes of running shoes, I f**kin' love 'em. It's too bad, their boxing shoes ain't all that great though, it looks nice, but, they need to work on it.

But, generally I'm a Nike fan, haven't had any Reeboks in a long while and don't care much for 'em. Adidas are cool. I like how Pumas look, but, they make 'em too narrow for me. I also think Mizuno's make terrific running shoes, but they're more known for their soccer and golf stuff.

Oh for sure man... You know that when I'm just kickin around I got to have my nikes or my shell toes, but when training my most important shoe is my running shoes and that's why I rate Asics so high.

My everlast boxing shoes are nice n light, and have michelin grip on them to prevent slippage. They pretty cool, I just wish they were more to look at.
