He lost to Cotto and beat Marg. Not impressive.

the only thing that Mayweather has done as of recently is beat a very blown up Marquez, and Mayweather didn't even make weight.. not impressive. that doesn't merit him being in the top two.. hell, not even in the top ten.

Well maybe, Mosley vs. Mayweather resume-wise its debatable, Mosley can be considered one of the best if not the best 135lb ever, same can be said for Mayweather at 130lb. Thing is both have moved up and Mosley has taken up the much harder challenges, (Forrest and Wright at 154), Margarito and Cotto at 147lb at 35 and 37 years old, while Floyd won't even do it at 27 or 30 years of age. Point im getting to is I admire Mosleys wish and desire for a better legacy.

Mosley's resume at 135 is soft his best win is Philip Holiday. Mosley was dumb with his career and has paid the price for ill advised moves.

Loses count against a fighter for me, sure he took on challenges but he came up short to often for my liking.

Thats true, but that tens to happens when you take on the best, I know Mayweather is capable of securing his legacy, sad part is he wont.

Floyd was number one when he retired, and beating Marquez showed he was back in similar form. p4p is about the BEST fighters regardless of weight class. How can you have Mosley that high when he proved he is not even the best in his own weight class. (He lost to Cotto).

His legacy is sound, he is one of the best ever 130 pounders, he went on to do alright in other weight classes and have several big fights. He could have done more but that does not really take away from what he has actually done.

We will see what he does in his comeback, I don't have a crystal ball I hope everyone gets to see something they want.
