If cotto wins he should get all the credit in the world. But keep in mind that when Floyd beat Hatton, the best 140lber and p4per at the time many people still went on to discredit that win (so don't be surprised.)

If you don't give credit to Miguel you need to check yourself. Pac is looked at by everyone as the best fighter and any discredit to Miguel winning is looked at as excuse in my book. I love how some boxing sceners work. If Miguel loses his career is over because he lost to the best fighter in the world but if Miguel wins it means **** because hes bigger, even though he beat the top fighter in the world. Some of you guys are scum bags and will use any excuse to make yourself feel good about your lover boy.

C'mon Ch@mp, Mayweather ducked everybody, yeah sure.
Cotto ain't nothing to Mayweather, easy work but he just didn't bring enough money. Look at Cotto getting 5Mill for the Pacquiao fight while Pacquiao is getting 10Mill, and Cotto's way more popular than he was before and he's getting 5mill? How much money would he have bring back then if he's bringing that now?

Listen (or read) Kev! I am Boricua and a Cotto fan, but if Floyd and Cotto fight I see Cotto loosing by points. What most of us want is for Floyd just to fight REAL competition...nothing less. **** the money, **** the excuses...We just want to see Floyd tested against the best WW's out there.

              We do to!

Only that I view Pacquiao as a better challenge to Mayweather. Have we bet on Pacquiao vs. Cotto? I'm willing to throw another 100K on Pacquiao to win.

First Cotto is a enough big draw, that with Floyd Draw Power the fight would sell huge.

Second Cotto is getting 10mill and Manny 12mill, get your **** right.

And third dont lay ****** you know Floyd fears Cotto

I dont care if Cotto is easy work, one dimensional or whatever excuse you Floyd girls like to use, the point is Floyd dont want non of Cotto.

thats why it's called a "lose/lose situation" for cotto. if the smaller man beats him it looks bad on cotto but if he wins he's the bigger man and he was suppose to win. same thing with floyd/JMM.

Pacquiao is regarded as the best fighter P4P? Yes that's true, but Marquez was regarded as the #2 best fighter in the world when Mayweather beat him and gave him no credit for that, so i'm giving no credit to Cotto for beating Pacquiao.
