I was more intrigued by Roach remembering Pacquiao's old boxing shoes and how excited he was to show Roach his new shoes. Really shows the fighter/trainer relationship.

The whole thing that got me about that whole statement was that after he said it he talked about how proud he was that night of Manny and himself.

If Hatton is not that good what is there to really be proud of, that Manny did what he was supposed to do against a fighter that wasn't that good?

Look the fact is Hatton is a 38 time world champion and beat a prime, young Tszyu. Roach is obviously jealous of the eye-talion stallion (who happens to be british with no Italian heritage).

Tzu was well past prime by the time Ricky wrestled him… prime Tzu and a good ref, murders Ricky in 1 or 2 rounds.
