Yeah I thought it was a little....eh. Wayyyyy too much Roach. I'd prefer "Castaway" style dialogue over 30 minutes of Roach. Too much propped up story and not enough substance. They handled the Konz Ariza thing so ****ing boring. No footage of the scrap? No comment from Ariza? I actually preferred Cotto's part over Pac's until the end, and that spells trouble for this series, because Pac is obviously supposed to be the more interesting part.

But that moment where Pacquiao dissed roach with a little eye twitch was priceless. Pac was sitting with the authority of a king, Roach pretends to threaten to quit, and Pacquiao clearly doesn't care.

      LMAO LMAO

I posted a month ago about the discussions HBO was having, and the changes that were made. As soon as I heard, i knew this was going to be a snoozefest.

These guys have no charisma, and HBO knew that up front. Imagine how bad it would have been without the Mother Nature drama.

The plight of Baguio I was fine with watching once but I hope they limit that going forward.

Cotto to me is about as exciting as a bag of hammers outside of the ring. I guess it is cool to learn more about him but he is just not that exciting outside the ring. Those meat on a stick did look pretty tasty though.

I will wait until the end to judge it but my expectations were low and they were not surpased, I hope they focus more on the fight going forward.
Do you think Roach intentionally plays up the dramatics?

This is the third(?) time we see Roach going for coffee. At least when he trained Oscar, it was in an interesting PR coffee shop.

Now, we are at Starbucks. Starbucks.

Not bad but i definitely prefer the showtimes fight 360 to it...Fight 360 is way better than this.

If you want to watch it its there for you to watch and if you don't want to watch it then don't. I seriously get annoyed by guys who bash 24/7 and/or the Super Six, anything good is done for boxing and some complain.

I doubt this 24/7 will be worst than the Roy-Calzaghe one!!.....but they did get off to wack start with this first episode.....Cotto is expected to be boring.....but the p4p king is supposed to show some charisma!!

it wasnt the most exciting episode of 24-7 but what did you expect out of the first episode with pac and cotto two guys who do there talking in the ring. lol at these *****s who cant stop complaining about the 24-7 for cotto and pac but when floyd bores us to death in the actual fight they make every excuse in the book for him. ill take a great fight and ok 24-7 over a de la hoya mayweather countdown that hypes up what ends up being a bull**** fight

                      Fight360 is CRUSHING Pac/Cotto.

BTW, if I were a fighter, I would seriously question why I am paying Dan Goossen so much.
