Wasn't that great. The scene by the pool was pretty hilarious though for both intentional and unintentional reasons. Niether guy speaks english well, there's no older Mayweather for comedic purposes. It's a dry 24/7.

And none of that really matter because this will probably be the best fight the show ever produced.

You have to have a more open more dignified mind to appreciate where HBO is going with this 24/7. They show you the struggle of a country afflicted with a devastating incident in the backdrop of a training camp affected, not just by the obstacles of training but also the struggle of the humanity around them. People who like loud mouth, gansta wannabe, brash, boastful, trash talk will not appreciate it just like they probably don't appreciate educational, informative, intelligent forms of entertainment. The majority of the people who 24/7 is targeted are educated people who appreciate the storyline and not the dudes who's attention span is restricted to low life, gangsta thug life **** talking. Not everybody is ******.

          Herein lies the problem.

What is the purpose of 24/7? Surely it isn't meant for the guys who have been discussing this fight on a boxing board for two months. Those guys are already buying the fight. it is intended for the casual and non-fan.

The purpose of 24/7 is to hype, to titillate, to excite.

          Did it do that?

Seeing as how Floyd has a bigger audience than all of them, perhaps you're wrong? Not everybody is ******.

Yeah. That is exactly what excites the casual fan about boxing. Right?

...and, just as an FYI, I'd be willing to compare my education to yours. I've seen how you write.

Why is everyone getting so emotional? Its ok if the ****s boring. Floyd/JMM wasnt that great either. But JMM took a few shots of piss and roger said some ****** **** and it was right bumped up to decent. Noone really expected this 24/7 to be that good anyway. PAC and cotto have really no interest in each other so that means there is no story line to this. This isnt a fight weve been waiting years for and the to camps know little of each other. Weve seen PAC train 3 times now, thats kind of worn out and its no secret Cotto is one non chalant dry mofo. This 24/7 in all likely hood will be boring overall but the fight will be great.

Well if I didn't know everything I need to know about both Pacquiao and Cotto already, I'd be more interested. It's up to HBO to play up the significance of the fight, focus on their exploits in the ring, where they are exciting.

I mean I wasn't bored though it wasn't especially interesting. I like Cotto's tattoo and as said before the pool scene was just random and funny to me.
