How do you see Kessler v. Ward going?

I think Kessler will look to assert himself over Ward and his peers with an impressive performance. So far he's been a major disappointment, has had promotional issues and hasn't convinced the world outside of Denmark. This is a very important fight for him and one I believe he'll be well prepared for. he was overwhelmed by everything, it seems, against Calzaghe. Maybe that's telling but he doesn't come across as soft. I expect Ward and Kessler to box but I truly believe this will turn into a war. I like the veteran in that battle.

Should be very competitive, considering that Kessler didn't look that impressive in his last fight and hasn't fought what I would consider a world class fighter in two years.

I think Ward will remain disciplined. I also think he'll have no choice but to let his arsenal go as well. What I liked in the Miranda fight was Ward's willingness and ability to fight Pantera on the inside. He showed me something I hadn't really seen before. He doesn't have one-punch power but he can get vicious.

If Ward's plan is to stay outside against Kessler, he better be prepared to go 20 rounds. He will have a tough time getting in and out with a champion who will be looking to walk him down and time him with counters. I think at some point Ward will have to step it up and back Kess off.

Yeah. You cannot rule out a points win for Ward. I wouldnt bet against a KO win for Kessler though.

i would not bet on this fight at all. kessler is the favorite, but the hometown advantage is ward's. i'm seeing a decision either way. no one gets stopped.

Ward is versatile. Fight could possibly have come a bit too early for him experience-wise, but, win or lose, I'm confident he'll give Kessler plenty to think about. I don't see a stoppage of Ward and certainly not before the late rounds if at all.

Ward will outbox a shot Kessler, believe it or not. Without being american nor danish, I strongly believe Ward will win the whole tournament.
