  • The willingness to avenge a defeat is what separates Paul Williams from Miguel Cotto.

Williams was still standing at the end of the first Quintana fight, and Cotto got beaten to his knees by Margarito that you Cotto stans claim would get a boxing clinic from Quintana if the fight ever happened. The difference between the Quintana-Williams fight and the Margarito-Cotto fight is that Quintana was the one running in the last round because Williams had his style figured out. Margarito had Cotto's style figured out, and that's why Cotto was on the run in the last rounds. Not that he wasn't on the run at all times in the fight anyway. If it's true that Paul got lucky against Quintana, then why did Williams knock him out with a barrage of punches in the rematch and not a lucky punch like you guys claim that he did?

Why doesn't Margarito fight for peanuts then against Cotto. Why should Cotto give someone a huge pay-day that probably cheated and ruined his ****ing career. What ****ing sense does that make you genius? If Margacheato wants to get back in the picture then he would fight for next to nothing to get a fight with Cotto.

Rematch might happen if Cotto get beat by lil Pac. If he wins, he can go after SSM for a rematch.

The answer is simple. Cotto fears Margarito. Straight up.

          Its obvious why.

And btw, this excuse making bull**** from Cotto has made me shift my allegiances in the Packy fight.

I hope Packy embarrasses this wuss.

I also find it hilarious that these guys that are always on Cotto's nuts claim that Williams needs to give Quintana a rubber match when Cotto isn't even willing to give somebody a rematch who made him quit and they want Cotto to stay away from Margrarito. LMAO.

That card will always be there to be played,no reason for Cotto to rush it!!Let Margarito go & fight a couple others & get hit some more!!In reality Cotto has better opportunities to attend right now!!When all is said & done,Cotto-Margarito 2 will be there waiting, simply because of the Mexican-Puerto Rican rivalry!!

That fight didn't need a rematch. It was a good fight, but Williams won. The Cotto/Margarito fight is an obvious rematch fight.
