Pssshh, obviously the judges cared. They were probably sick too.

I almost vomited watching Dirrell. That prick.

Anyway, don't make me call Horus in here. I hear he likes you.

This writer is dumb. What's different about fans asking Jermaine to retire than Hatton or anyone else? Of course he's going to get the fans' and medias' opinion whether he asked for it or not. That's what happens when you're on TV getting paid millions of dollars. Dumbass.

Lee's making good progress I think .I boxrec'd him he's only been a pro since 2006 .I remember Sutherland saying by the time the next olympics came round he wanted to be in a position to fight for a world title or hold a world title.Just boxrec'd Pavlik for example it took him 7 yrs .I think Lee's got a decent chance.

This writer is not dumb but smart. I give him credit for great article and a great saying in " if he wants anyones opinion he asks"
Taylor will know exactly what he himself wants to do !!!

                  havent you read my articles?

Anyway its a relatively poor article.

No mention that Lee had battered Vera around the ring for the majority of the fight, that he was attacking Vera when the fight was stopped and that Lee just ran out of steam. Stamina issues still dog Lee in my opinion.

Also why mention McEwan when discussing the best Irish middleweights and not mention Macklin?

McEwan is a good boxer and a nice guy but he isnt Irish, he isnt "popular" in Ireland - he isnt even known in Ireland. Whereas Macklin is Irish, he is an Irish citizen, is the former Irish middleweight champion and is VERY popular in Ireland.

Now back to Lee, his lose to Vera was puzzling - Lee was obviously the better fighter but threw it away and showing his naivety in not handling the crude pressure of Vera. His fight against Sipos was lacklustre but the match up with Belghecham is a good one and should answer a few questions.

Andy Lee is still a good prospect. They simply moved him along too quickly and placed too much pressure on the kid early. Saying he can win the world title now etc..He will make some noise yet I think. I personally think we'll end up seeing him at super middle.

Will he be a champion? Hard to say. He will get a shot at it some day though.
