Is it worth it? On one hand you come in feeling 100 percent and on the other hand you just lost 2 million.

hell no it dont make any difference he came at 146 twice he wont have any problems making 145.

Yes he said no fight above 147 and a million for every lb over 145.

If his title is at stake and he doesn't mind parting with the cash... sure, why not.
It'd be a different story if Pacquiao never before fought at welterweight and/or if it were a non-title fight.
