What % of punching power does JMM have in relation to Cotto?

In relation to Cotto what % of punching power does JMM have compared to him? Does he have a 60% output of what maximum Cotto can dish out? How about 50, or 70 even? So what do you think?

I would say about 60% but I also think Marquez makes up for that with the accuracy he has

Yeah he is a very accurate counter puncher at 130lbs against Manny. But I doubt if Miguel is 40% accurate with JMM accuracy at 130lbs.

Marquez was a much better boxer Cotto was, but only at 130 lbs. Marquez also does very well when being attacked.

Marquez only stunned Pacquiao because he hit him spot on the chin with dead accuracy.

People use this as a reason to guage Pacquiaos chin, but for me it only reinforces how tough Pacquiao is. Pacquiao took that flush on the chin and kept doing what he was doing 2 seconds later.
