    Usyk Only Has Two Options

Option A: Retire (most advisable option)

    Option B: Rematch

Option A: Is most advisable because it is evident beyond a doubt that Usyk got old over night and was out of shape, and you can’t defeat Father Time.

Option B: If Usyk wants to wipe this stain, he needs to train his ass off, come in the best shape possible that he could muster (if he could muster) and stop Rico within 6. And then absolutely retire.

Dubois, Fury, AJ, Kabayel, imo all would spark Rico if he fought them next.

Rico would beat most of the names listed still.

He has no options - either way, it's clear he got saved enough times, because of politics. A rematch with Rico could make Kabayel wait even more, but could also end the same way - Usyk losing again, and I don't doubt it - saved by either referee or judges, considering the judges were about to call it a thin victory for Usyk.

Retire - yes, fair enough. But retiring after such an outcome... The guy was cooking others, but in the end cooked himself. But he was talking about 2 or 3 more fights after Rico.

He will probably rematch Rico and will be in proper shape and if I had to bet Usyk takes care of him by mid rounds. He should retire then if he chooses to take the rematch, Id like to see him bow out now because I dont think he can handle these younger guys coming up due to his age. He hangs around he will catch a beating.

Most if not all of his pay probably went into Zelensky's pocket

Despite the terrible stoppage Usyk in all likelihood was on his way to a 12th round stoppage anyway, Rico was spent, so I wouldn’t call this Usyk being saved, but certainly helped out.

Usyk can try to redeem himself with a rematch, but not sure what he last left in the tank at this age, seems like at this point he can’t even get his weight under control despite supposedly training.

I don’t believe Usyk got old and unskillful overnight

What happened was that we realized he wasnt as great as some ppl imagined him to be. The fact is this heavyweight division is or has been one of the weakest. Ngannou began to expose Fury, now this.

Usyk maybe the best HW of this weaker era, But what people now realize is that he is far from the best of all time.
