Cannot see the advantage for him coming back to fight. He was still really good 2 years ago, but his main advantages of movement and hitting in bunches from angles were not as sharp even then. I am sure it is useless to hope, but I hope cooler heads prevail and Loma stays inactive.

Muratalla, on the other hand, has a nice upside. I am interested in his next set of decisions.

Hopefully Loma will come back and fight at a reasonable weight. He's too small for 140 and even 135.

Comeback but still not fighting Shakur. Don’t really care to see him beat inferior guys.

This feels like a clear money grab come out of retirement type situation. Maybe banking on a Turki type fight to get some insane paycheck before officially sailing to the sunset. I can't see him coming back now boding well. His last few fights he was already looking washed and either lost fights he probably shouldn't have (Teo, Haney) or had to work harder than before to get the win (GKJ). At this point, he'll be even further removed from his prime years and his style depended on youth tremendously. Lots of activity offensively and footwork for defense. I can't see that at nearly 40.

Loma was solid B fighter. Lost everytime he stepped up.

Vasiliy Lomachenko should prove that he was just so good but too small for the great big boys, and drop back down to Jr Lightweight and become champion again and over some great talent, however he is old as hell also!

Loma needs to stay retired. It never ends well for small fighters over 32, let alone at 38.

I keep forgetting that Loma was not fighting on PPV. He probably earned less than he could have in his prime.

His alleged stance on the war probably didn't help his retirement plans, but that's way off topic.
