So please tell me, do you think Kimball is right when he says that Abraham's motivation to get an extra-point for a KO stoked his will to deliver it and if this fight hasn't been part of a tourney, Abraham would have cruised to a points victory? Did it really cost Taylor his career?
IMO boxing fans always want spectecular endings and Abraham to me is a fighter who's always in search of a KO. For example, he could have cruised against Gevor, Oral, Ayala but still he went for the KO. To me, it's regardless if this is a tourney or not, a man like AA always wants to end a fight early it's about an image and of course money - so a KO is always good in terms of marketability...
