This is why sport fans of all other sports laugh hysterically at the low IQ of boxing fans.
He can drop his belts to the trash and fight kickboxers. No problem.

Based on David's interviews with various folks making the rounds this week, it doesn't like he has interest in that fight anytime soon. His goal is to become a reigning champ and doesn't necessarily see himself competing against the likes of Usyk now. Even admitting the size would still take some getting used to as he just recently went up. Although he said maybe when he's around 35 years old and more than likely his body can no longer drop the weight as easily that he would be interested. Though we all know Usyk will have been long retired by then.

The only way I see it happening sooner than later is Turki throws everything including the kitchen sink at Benavidez in terms of finances. Making him an offer he absolutely cannot refuse and takes it regardless of his chances to win (meaning he takes it now instead of later).

it would be a fantasy matchup just like bud v canelo but in this case i dont think anyone would give david any chance of beating usyk but some david fans might think he could do it, it would sell big though and i would watch it of course, ii have no idea what david weights in the ring from cruiser right now, if its around 210 then he could fight usyk im sure, sounds like a fight turki might like as well

I love all of Oleksandr Usyk’s fights—I’m a fan of how he fights and how he behaves in the ring.

I'm imagining a scenario where Fat Dave could have success against Oleksandr

I don't believe Oleksandr is as good on the inside as Top Soviet Bivol nor can he take body shots as well

Top Soviet Bivol is better defensively

Fat Dave somehow keeps it on the inside and rips body shots on Oleksandr

Big Boss Saudi Turki is high off his insane weight jump matchmaking after TBud 9-3'd Saul Santos

But going into that fight TBud was already a complete boxer with a full skillset according to all of the other p4p guys Naruto Ninja Naoya Top Soviet Bivol Oleksandr

Fat Dave isn't seen in the same light

So if he were to somehow beat Oleksandr it'd be a buffer victory than TBud over Santos

Fat Dave's feet would be so flat and heavy at heavyweight
