It's the only remaining super(ish) fight in those weight classes, it kind of makes sense from that perspective. It must get frustrating for these smaller guys watching morons like Ryan Garcia and Conor Benn get all the bag with less skill and dedication.

Jesse is to Fat Dave what Silk Smooth Shakur is to Top Soviet Bivol

these smaller counterparts are the better skilled swarmer or pure box

It looks like Nishida is Inoue's IBF mandatory. Think he'll take that?

Jesus man, give Inoue a break.

Even monsters need to rest and recharge.
He’s fought 5x in the last 16months. nonstop hardcore cardio and sparring…
I’m sure many of you don’t realize, he's been in intense training camps, away from the family, wgt cutting continuously for over a year…

While ppl were cool that Usyk and TC fight only once a year.
Inoue is required to fight every 3 months, defends all his mandatories, and just after he beat the P4P #6 guy in front of 55,000 ppl live at the biggest venue in the world,
they're setting up his next fight vs the P4P #3.

he doesn't have to fight 4 times per year or even 3

tapering down to 2 per year is okay as long as 1 is a great/good opponent and the other is a decent opponent

Oh for sure, these guys are in really tough fights against the best available fighters around making peanuts while Ryan easily beats Barrios for a big payday and more to come.
