"A super-fight desired since the last decade... "
Here in 2026 this gives me some British version of Floyd - Pac vibes. At least I am happy they don't use that "marinate" term, leave it in the kitchen where it belongs. I am far more hyped for DDD vs Fabio than AJ vs Fury match up

What is next for Tyson Fury ?
      _________

An epiphany that he's a delusional spent force in boxing with no chance at a title shot trying to force a fight against a glass jawed PTSD sufferer who wants no part of his traveling circus.

The best moment in boxing in the last few years, for me, has been when DDD turned AJ's lights off. Even if the ref tryed his best to make AJ restore his strength.

That totally defined AJ in boxing.

Imo one of the worst "champions" ever, especially in how he managed his fights.

I almost do not care. Not that I will not be interested, as Fury is always at least interesting. But I am immune to the drama floating around Fury in between fight announcements. I know Joshua is not respected by everyone on this site, but I could not agree with someone more when after the fight on Saturday, Joshua just responded that until something is signed on the dotted line, he no longer is willing to get invested. He has seen too many fights that should have happened with Wilder and Fury fall apart, and that was when undisputed was on the line.

When the fight date, location, opponent, and promotional company that is taking the lead is all announced, I will be excited to see if I am excited then.

To be honest, I have a very little interes in Fury -AJ fight. I would rather watch Fury fighting top 10 guy. Wardley, DDD, Hrgovic, Kabayel, Itauma.

Joshua is damaged. I know Fury wants Joshua only. Which means he will retire the 50th time.

My only real interest in Fury and Joshua going forward, is if they fight each other.

I suspect, as a minimum, that will involve a Joshua warmup after he wasted his time on Jake Paul.

Joshua needs a warmup. Fury could use another training camp - of that 270lbs at least 40 must be fat which serves no purpose for him whatsoever, slows him down which slows his defence and his attack.

If Fury lost 40 from Saturdays fight it would put him at 228 a weight he's arguably never seen as an adult, he was competing as an amateur in the 240s.

That sound dangerous for someone as old as him, the lightest he's ever been as a pro is 245 against Maddalone, 14 years ago.
