the wbo have their rules on this, a doctors report is needed detailing the injury and expected time back but it is all su****ions a bit as i do recall reading the fight took a long time to make and now this happens, morrell should hang in there and they may end up stripping smith in the end of whatever he has now

He certainly didn't get beat up, I suggest you re watch. Morrell's best round was in round 10, the final round where he must've been told he needed a KO to win, he had Khateav badly hurt. Other than that he lost the first 5 rounds including a knockdown and lost at least another 2 rounds from 6 to 10. Every time Khatev went to the body he seemed to hurt Morrell and he started to throw the right immediately after. The fight was definitely a robbery but given the circumstances Morrell Jr gave a good account of himself.
