Comments Thread For: Tim Tszyu sets up Errol Spence Jnr match, though cut could delay timing
Tim Tszyu had a tougher go of it than expected Sunday in his return against unbeaten but little-known Denis Nurja ? just not so tough, it seems, as to have tripped up his next steps.

this is the big one, the apex of the sweet science. the one we've all been eagerly waiting for. after this match-up, we can all stop following the sport. i'm sure the undercard will be fantastic.

yea but can it match up to the undercard last night ? One guy with a bum knee and two guys at HW that were a laugh at the time they stepped into the ring. Under card is one thing but those two bouts were really pushing the under way under.....................but the announcers were sure we had something special going in the ring. Whatta going to do this is boxing now...............
Tszyu still has poor foot movement, backs up in a straight line, comes in head first with no jab, squares up and keeps his left hand low. If Spence is just half of what he use to be, he will KO Tim into retirement.

Yep. He's also apparently gun shy as he had Nurja hurt and ready to go twice, but couldn't seem to pull the trigger. Nurja, whom I had never heard of previously, was a little better than I thought he'd be, or Tim is just that shot - I don't know. He was pillow fisted, but had some nice counters and uppercuts at times.

He couldn't even get rid of an unknown Albanian who fought like an amateur, for c h r i s t sake! Tim is broken, and no one can fix him, not even Pedro Diaz. He still looks shell shocked from previous fights. Just a matter of time before he gets KOed into oblivion.

The apex of exploiting vulnerable Aussie fans... Might even beat Mundine's level of fraud!
