he better not *** this up because hes got several other lawsuits pending, all of them since they are not resolved is an unknown amount of money due.

If he gets sued over this fight idk if he even has money for a lawyer. of course based on his name lawyers will take him on and bill him later. then he will get sued for not paying the lawyer
Even with this fight, his debts won't be settled. He's in too deep.

I love Floyd the fighter, but good god is he a moron.

I'm sure you'll come up with the "he ducked everyone in their prime" leaving out FACTUAL CONTEXT but go ahead and do that.
Coveted in the dictionary sense as in an adjective describing something highly desired, envied, or sought after by many, often due to its rarity, prestige, or value.

Is it me, or is this a crappy way to promote a fight?

Not surprised. Floyd ducked Manny for years (even admitted to "marinating" the fight for 5 years), so why should now be any different? But how dumb can he be that he didn't know he signed a contract for a real fight and not an exhibition? No wonder he's broke now. All that money he should have learned how to read.

The opposite is the truth. Manny DUCKED Floyd for 5 years straight. Where was Manny from 2005 to 2010? Why didn't he call Floyd out then?
Two, with the catch weight demand against guys like Cotto, Margarito, Marquez and Algieri, you know very well that Manny would have demanded a catch weight to fight Floyd.

Agreed and I should have read this - Anyone can be biased toward or against a fighter, but start learning how to appreciate all colors, cultures; people from all walks of life.

I mean broke taking out loans and NEEDS Manny or someone else to get himself financially right but also doesn't want to expose that record and is not so sure he can still do this so Manny or whoever he winds up fighting has so much leverage over him it's ridiculous. Hence he looks like quite the b**** right now.

The other thing that many fighters don't do is give rematches and Floyd gave rematches to two fighters that the fights were close. Some say he ducked Margarito but the fact is, he had nothing to fear in the plodding Margarito. I think he faced the best even above his natural weight class. And Margarito was busted for wraps which should have earned him a lifetime ban. But yeah, Mayweather needs to honor the contract to avoid potential legal fallout.

Floyd insisted he deserved credit for being smart by marinating the fight for five years. He ducked and stalled and waited for Manny to lose a step. Falsely accused him of PED use and got sued. Then got caught with an illegal IV to mask his own steroid use. He’s a fraud and now he’s breading a contract because he is too scared to risk his 0.
