So theyre suppose to announce a fight once it's delivered? It usually goes getting the fight signed and sealed, which it was. Being delivered is when the fight happens. How are they supposed to announce a fight once it happens?

I don't see why Jr. would be scared to make this an official bout. Pacquiao is even further removed from his young self and an older defensive based fighter should typically beat an older offensive fighter. Pacquiao isn't the offense of 20s and early 30s. He's the more, fight in bursts which has dropped dramatically and I can see Jr. easily just staying away from most of it and putting together his usual.

I'm not saying entirely that Roy Jones Jr. and Mayweather are similar, in fact they're probably very far apart because Roy was probably more aggressive overall in his career than Fraud ever was, but you can maybe see it similar to Roy Jones Jr. vs Felix Trinidad. Roy had just enough more defensive capability to shut down anything Tito brought, but they were both already far removed from their best times when it happened.
