Joseph Parker : Legit Contender or Journeyman Gatekeeper ?

Is he the new Carlos Takam, a much respected feather in the cap for a young lion on the prowl...

...or still a viable candidate for World Champ shot like Hrgovic, especially given the dearth of legit contenders ?

Or ploddy drug-addled fraud who's lost his punch resistance, speed and credibility ?

He is a gatekeeper now, he should have at his stage in the game ducked any dangerous opponents after a string of solid wins then got his shot at Usyk but its not going to happen now.

Itauma should be beating down that gate to put an ex champ on his resume and show he can do what wardley couldnt; Knock Parker out clean...

But slimy ol fisheyes wouldn't dare risk exposing his latest potential fraud to real risk.

Parker must be due another quality pisstake musical call-out soon. Maybe he can do it with a white powdered nose for extra lolz.

He's an inconsistent talented fighter with better ability than he often shows who on his best night gives any heavyweight except Usyk issues.

Problem is he's the sort of guy who you never know if it's going to be his best night or his worst night

So is he someone a rising prospect like Itauma should duck and avoid as too risky, ...

...or embrace and confront as a challenge to overcome like Weirdley did ?

Drugged up, feather fisted, overhyped punchbag, with poor punch selection, no boxing instinct a lack of footwork.

The only reason you're obsessed with him is because of where he was born. Otherwise you would entirely agree with the above statement.

AJ didn't need to come out of first gear v Prime WC Parker, Chisora beat him, he went 50-50 with domestic level cruiserweight Jack Massey and Joe Joyce sent him to hell.

              Yeah...thanks for that champ!

I do think his best days are behind him, but he'd also be a hard day at the office for any prospect, especially YungMo.

And nah, AJ needed the refs help, Chisora got smashed in the rematch, just like Wardley and AJ would if they ran it back.
Massey brought out the meh in Parker and yep Big Jugs did indeed send The Mighty Oilskin to hell, if that's code for the canvas.

Literally making up fantasy wins because of where Parker was born. The only reason.

                  What fantasy wins ?

He literally lost to AJ and Wardley because of where he was not born...

He is the man that showed Wilder his place.

Parker never ducked anybody. Would Itauma dare to fight him?
